Deciding to do some kind of exercise in the morning after you wake up is a great idea. It sets your body into motion. Some studies have shown that working out in the morning increases your metabolism for the rest of the day. Whether that's true or not, it definitely starts your day on the right foot if the first thing you do is to get moving.
Once you get in the habit of doing this, you will see how much better the rest of the day goes. You'll probably have more energy and a much better outlook on doing the things you need to do during the day.
So, go and start this new habit today and stop grumbling about how hard it is to get out of bed and how you look. And hey, you can event start exercising in bed if you have trouble getting out of bed. You'll be looking in the mirror and loving what you see soon enough!
