- That you are kind, smart, funny & amazing in ways numbers cannot define.
- That you have the power to choose your happiness.
- Your own self-worth.”
So, stop paying so much attention to the number on that infernal device. There is so much more to you than this number.
Be happy with whatever progress (no matter how small) you've made in your weight-loss and fitness goals. Pay attention to how your body feels and don't rely on that silly number to make you happy.
